The Model Cook
Daniel Green is an internationally-renowned TV Chef and award-winning Culinary Author.
Daniel was born in London and grew up an obese teenager with a 38-inch waist. Compelled to do something about it, he began to experiment on healthier ways to prepare food. Over a period of three years, he lost 65 pounds (29kg) without having to hit the gym, and he has kept his weight off ever since.
Daniel now lives in the United States where he is recognized as an expert on healthy eating – living proof that changing the way you eat can help you not lose weight but keep the weight off.
He has transformed menus in the States, the United Kingdom and Asia, specially commissioned by airlines and hotels, including Cathay Pacific and The Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, to deliver healthier dining to their passengers and guests.
In addition to regular appearances on television such as The Food Network, Discovery Health and BBC UK, Daniel has published twelve cook books, several of which have won the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. His latest cookbook “The Cannabinoid Cookbook” co-authored with Dr. Joseph Feurerstein proves that if you eat the right food, you will feel energized.
Daniel‘s passion is all about great tasting food that is simple and healthy. His signature approach to preparing healthy meals includes the use of fresh Asian herbs and spices in his cooking.
Daniel lives the eating-for-health lifestyle. He has built his whole career on creating healthy recipes and diets aimed at helping people feel their best. Daniel believes in using diet as medicine and helping people adopt eating habits that fit their specific health needs.

Extensive experience in providing leadership to large teams and further experience his journey in Education, Training and Development. Over the years, Chef B has groomed over thousands of youngsters to become Chef in the industry.
With his skills and concept of everyone deserves eating healthily has landed him into food manufacturing that carries the brand Ki.ta which stands for “Kita ingin taste asli”, the philosophy of go natural with no artificial flavoring and coloring.

Chef Steve Chua is an experienced culinary Chef. He has spent more than a decade perfecting his skills and mastering the art of Japanese cuisine. His culinary journey was no easy feat but with much discipline and perseverance and always believing that “a dream is never too big”.
In 2016, he decided to set up his very own humble Japanese restaurant with his partner, Chef Edmund. They curate Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. His imagination and passion for Japanese cuisine has elevated Japanese dining to new heights at Buri.

Chef Philip is an experienced and skilled chef who has a passion for constantly improving his skills and culinary knowledge. After almost 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Philip embarked on a self-improvement journey to learn plant-based culinary. Learning from international chefs ranging from the far west of the America’s to the far East of Japan. Through his learnings, Chef Philip is keen to spread the knowledge he acquired to the greater public and introduce everyone to delicious and amazing plant-based dishes for a healthier eating lifestyle.

Chef Willis is an experienced, skilled chef who has a passion for great foods and culinary. He possessed excellent resources at his disposal and the ability of transforming ordinary ingredients into a broad range of gastronomic delights. With such, he gets real joy for working in a busy kitchen, as well as great pleasure out of seeing happy faces enjoying a good meal that he has cooked up. As a veteran Chef, he has a proven track record of making great delicacies that will entice diners and leave them wanting more. He also loves the freedom of expression that cooking gives him and is willing to work hard to build a career in the culinary world.

Chef Andika is a young, skilled Chef who has great passion for Japanese cuisines. In the kitchen, he is adventurous and innovative, insists on preserving traditional customs, yet staying on the cutting edge. Hence, from carefully choosing the ingredients to cooking wholeheartedly, Chef Andika loves making great delicacies to diners and seeing happy faces enjoying them.
