1 pink lady apple cored and very finely sliced
6 biscuits such as digestives placed in a Ziploc bag and made into crumble with a rolling pin
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Whipped cream to top
1. Heat a fry pan with your butter and sugar on a medium to low heat .
2. Once it starts to caramelize, add the apples and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Serve over the biscuit crumble and top with some whip cream.
