Chef’s Table “Meeting of Cultures” OMAKASE with Australian ingredients.

Tasty Australia Food Festival starts this 22nd July to 3rd August 2022. This year, our healthy eating expert Celebrity Chef Daniel Green is here to share his Eating-for-Health philosophy and practices hosting two sessions Omakase-style dining experience using Australian ingredients on 22nd July 2022.  From 23rd July to 1st August 2022,  five Chefs from reputable restaurants will curate a healthy gourmet cross-culture menu demonstrating the versatility of Australian ingredients in use – Asian, Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian-style foods.  We are confident that these Chef’s Table sessions will inspire you to get more out of your kitchen.

Tuna Cutting Performance & Tasting Experience 3.30pm – 5.30pm. Friday 22nd July 2022.

On 22nd July 2022, there will be a once-in-a-lifetime culinary session showcasing our legendary Southern Bluefin Tuna Cutting and Tasting Experience by Dinko Tuna farmers’s Managing Director, Ms. Lukina Lukin and menu curated by Celebrity Chef Daniel Green.

Wine & Appreciation Masterclass 3.30pm – 5.30pm. 23rd July – 1 August 2022.

A two-hour masterclass on “How to Taste Wine and understand your palate” will be held from 23rd July to 1st August. Our goal is to find a wine to suit your palate which involves engaging the senses of sight, smell, taste and touch.

All-day Dining Bistro 10.00am – 9.00pm. 22nd July – 3rd August 2022.

In addition, you can enjoy an all day dining “The Daily Bistro” serving gourmet cold cuts meat, grilled sausages and a variety of light snacks to tantalize your palates while you enjoy your best selection of wines or non-alcoholic drinks.
